Sound Domain expertise (US health care market) is mandatory. Good knowledge about 835, 837 files formats will be an added advantage. Candidate should have experience in off shoring health care projects, preferably in the area of claims and payment posting.
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Responsibilities
Solution Design of new opportunities
Conduct Pre, Post Contract Due Diligence
Transition Planning & Execution
Ensure that the transition is completed within the allocated budgets
Provide relevant costs for various proposals
Work with various functions of the BPO center like Finance, HR, and IT etc to ensure operational setup of the deal
Lead Operational Excellence efforts of deals
Provide support or Manage Service Delivery during stabilization period
Client Liaison and management of client relationships in support of the above
Respond to Client Proposals (RFPs etc)
Understanding and ability to propose key points while creating SLAs, SOWs, LOIs, MSLAs.
Should be willing to work in US work hours (US day time)
