QA Team Lead/ Manager-RevenueMed

Experience : 5 – 8 years

Job Description:

Responsible for developing, applying & maintaining quality standards of the Software products/Applications. Should be able to demonstrate release & configuration management.
Responsible for creating test plans including gathering test requirement. Must have good experience with test automation and related tools.
The incumbent should be proactive, self sufficient and will be the champion in developing and implementing QA processes.
Preferred Skills:

4+ years of experience in leading QA teams.
Expert level understanding of QA automation tools and techniques.
Experience in designing, maintaining and building QA test plans and configuration management tools.
Ability to liaise with all levels of the business.
Soft Skills:

High level of motivation and energy
Self starter
Initiative – self managed, able to act on own where circumstances dictate
Ability to get along and communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to work outside normal working hours as required.
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral as the job would require directly interacting with senior management
The candidate would be an individual contributor; analytical and research oriented so as to seek solutions.
Good academic credentials – minimum engineering degree from a reputed institute.
